Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated APAC Supervisor to independently manage the day-to-day delivery of operations across the APAC region. Operating autonomously in a remote capacity and reporting directly to the Regional Manager, based in Japan, you will take ownership of client deployments, supplier relationships, and business growth initiatives, ensuring the consistent, high-quality delivery of operational services across the region.
This is a fast-paced, autonomous role requiring strong planning and execution skills, sound judgement, and the patience and professionalism to liaise effectively with suppliers and clients at all levels, from operational teams through to senior stakeholders. Given the regional time-zone spread and remote working structure, flexibility to manage occasional out-of-hours escalations, alongside international travel, will be required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate SGT, Executive Protection, major events, and client travel operations.
- Manage live operational deployments and regional tasking.
- Independently plan, prioritise, and execute operational and administrative tasks with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgement under pressure.
- Act as the primary point of liaison with suppliers and clients at all levels, from front-line operators to senior stakeholders, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
- Support business development and expand ETS’s provider network across APAC.
- Ensure supplier compliance with ETS policies and procedures.
- Manage competing demands from clients and suppliers with patience, diplomacy, and professionalism, escalating appropriately where required.
- Assist with client agreements, licensing, and operational documentation.
- Manage the ExecSecure® platform and support continuous operational improvement
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations, security, logistics, or travel management, ideally within a supervisory or remote-working capacity.
- Strong planning and execution skills, with excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to liaise confidently and professionally with suppliers and clients at all levels, from operational staff to senior executives.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience, resilience, and sound judgement when managing competing priorities and operating with a high degree of autonomy.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid capacity, with the discipline to self-manage workload and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Languages: The ability to speak Chinese, Japanese, Hindu or Arabic would be preferred.
